Happy Weekend

Jodifur was down for a good portion of yesterday.  My lovely host and designer was having some behind the scene server issues.  I would try to explain it but what I heard was “blah, blah, blah, blah, BLOG DOWN, and I’m working on it. ” It is clearly back up, but in case you missed it, here was my Shoe Friday.

My friend Corey featured me on his Follow Friday post yesterday, which was a lovely way to start an incredibly busy weekend.  I’m off to a soccer game and a belt test and off course LET’S GO CAPS.

I wish all mother’s everywhere, whether they be biological, adoptive, step, aunts, or grandmothers, or people who simply love and take care of children, be them their own or someone else’s, a Happy Mother’s Day.  Especially my own mother and sister.  Me, I’m going out for brunch with my son and husband, walking around a farmer’s market, and then having dinner with my extended family. With wine.  I couldn’t ask for anything more. Maybe shoes.

And no, I’m not touching the Time cover with a ten foot pole except to say we are all mom enough, and this said everything and this. And let us move on.
