The lovely people at the Curiosity Zone have given me a set of 4 tickets to give away to the
Science You Can Sing To – Live in Concert event they are having May 1st in Vienna, Va. I've talked before about the class Michael took at the Curiosity Zone and how lovely they were during the virtual science fair.
This event looks like a lot of fun, and since the Curiosity Zone gave tickets to me for my family as well, we will be there.
I'm going to make entering super easy. Just leave me a comment. Tell me anything you want. But it has to be something more than hi, enter me. Tell me your favorite blog, your favorite color, why you want to go to this event, anything. Contest will be open until Sunday April 25th at 5:00 pm. The winner will be picked randomly from the comments. The winner will be announced Monday morning.

Ah man. My folks live in Vienna and we are going to be there in a day to visit and leave April 30. We miss it by a day. Darn! Hope you guys have fun!!!

I was an 8th grade science teacher in my life before kids, and I’m thoroughly enjoying exploring the world with them now (they’re 4, 4 and 6). They would love this!

Well, I did NOT know that Wife and Mommy was/is a science teacher, but did you know that I grew up near the Florida Everglades (featured in the Swamp Stomp Boogie) and that I am also raising my kids to be science geeks? JavaBoy just had a Mad Science birthday party and loves to sing, so I can only imagine how much he’d love Science You Can Sing To! LOL!
