People. I decluttered my shoes. Look how sad it is.
See those pink flip flops? Those are Juicy pink flip flops. I love those flip flops. But the Realtor said too many shoes. So into a box they went. That entire box is full of shoes. And I told Doug that we better not be invited to any fancy events this summer because all of my fancy shoes went into that box. And if we are invited to something and I don't have the right shoes we are not going. Doug rolled his eyes.
And all of my winter shoes are in that box, so the house better sell before the winter.
This is what I have left.
Boring, unimaginative shoes. And a few flip flops. That's it.
This house better sell. Because this is is the ultimate sacrifice.

Oh man. You’re doing it too? Our house has been on for almost 3-weeks and it’s SO HARD. I have to remember what closet I threw my favorite flip-flops in just to get them out of the hallway! I can’t find ANYTHING! EVER!
It needs to sell soon because I’m going bonkers looking for stuff that is no longer in the same (most likely wrong) place it had been in for the last 3 years!

Impressive restraint! I have one of those giant boxes used for moving clothes . . . filled with shoes. It gets switched out each season. Filled with summer shoes in winter, winter shoes in summer. My closet is totally cluttered anyway!
