I'll give you the bad news. Wow, I'm funny.
I have lyme disease. Yeah I know, huh? I had the same reaction. But, the vertigo is unrelated. So, I have a really bad disease which requires Cipro like antibiotics and vertigo with no known cause. I'm a medical mystery.
But hey, wine camp starts tomorrow. And I'm going. Vertigo and lymey and all.
I know my jodifur posts have been really short lately, shorter than usual and I'm sorry. It's really hard to write something worthwhile while the room is spinning.
I promise longer posts next week. And I'll regale you with stories of wine camp.

I have Benign Positional Vertigo. It is not fun to have the room spinning out of control. There are exercises that I do that keeps it under control Takes about 3 minutes a day. You can find it by Googling…it has to do with the inner ear. And the vertigo will disappear for months until I quit doing the exercises for a while and it has come back.
