After Seder last night my 7 year old nephew gave us a humongous bag of toys he was "too big for" for Michael. Because what is missing from my house is more plastic crap. It included huge dolls of Woody and Buzz from Toy Story. Michael is obsessed with them. He carries them around with him, and even sleeps with them. When we told him last night he could sleep with them as long he doesn't pull Woody's string, the first thing he said this morning was, "can I pull his string NOW?" Like he had literally been up all night waiting.
Thing is, he is convinced Woody's name is Boody. But what's weird is, he knows the cowboy in the movie is Woody. For some reason, this one has a different name. And, that one of things he says is, "there's a flake in my boot." Don't try to tell him he is wrong, he starts screaming at you, "FLAKE, IT'S FLAKE MOMMY."
Woody, a cowboy afraid of snowflakes, or cornflakes.

Gotta watch those flakes, you know. They’ll get you when you least expect it…
Do you think he says Boody because he wears boots? With flakes in them?
