My best friend and her new husband got down the aisle, relatively unharmed.
A makeup artist told me I had "beautiful skin" and a hairdresser said I had "perfect hair."
The same hairdresser than gave me a beehive for a 5:30 black tie wedding. I looked exactly like June Cleaver. But I managed to convince her that maybe that wasn't the best idea.
I stuck to my diet, well, mostly. I danced the night away so I'm sure I burned all the calories I consumed.
And Michael survived the weekend at the in-laws. He even took a nap.
I'm looking forward to going home. For some reason I have had the same dream the past 3 nights. And the dream is a variation of Doug leaving me. (I never actually worry about this, I think I've been a little stressed).
All and all, a success. And it's an honor to be in someone's wedding. But I think after 12 times, I've had enough of that particular honor.
